Using British-sourced cedar supports the UK forestry industry and benefits from a reduced carbon footprint due to fewer transportation miles. It is paler in appearance than Canadian Western Red Cedar. Typically, there are more excentric grain patterns and a broader spectrum of colour in the appearance of the British cedar timber.
British cedar has recently been adopted into the mainstream application of external cladding and shingles. The current estimated minimum life expectancy is at least 25-30 years and benefits from our ten-year structural guarantee against rot.
The framework is constructed entirely from British cedar timber and glazed with 4mm toughened safety glass to the ground, allowing maximum sunlight to reach plants. Automated roof vents allow ventilation throughout the greenhouse to keep it cool in the summer. A quality product the Stirling greenhouse has a 10 Year Guarantee Against Rot.

The gutter profile style takes inspiration from the ogee profile and provides a high-quality, long-lasting finish for the exterior of our greenhouses.
The colour-matched powder-coated paint finish has a superior level of durability over conventional PVC gutter design and provides a robust guttering system to protect against both installations in coastal areas or places with diverse temperature changes.
