How to place a greenhouse or coldframe order

This is a very simple process. Please contact us with your requirements by telephone, email, letter, or by completing the enquiry form below. Coldframes can also be purchased online through our shop by following the prompts on the relevant product page.

Complete an order form
Upon receipt of your enquiry, we will provide you with a quotation, and if you would like to proceed, we will forward an order form.
To proceed, please fill in the order form with the options listed,

- i.e. doors open in/out, hinges left/right etc
- Choice of building staining colour
- Choice of optional extras
Sign and return forms with a 10% deposit. We can take a debit/credit card transaction over the phone as a deposit payment or a bank transfer payment, but we will still require order forms returned by post to finalise an order. For buildings over £6000, or of a bespoke style or design, we charge a 20% deposit.
Confirmation of the order
Once we receive your order and deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter by post and offer a greenhouse installation date at your convenience.
Once the greenhouse has been installed to our high standards and meets your requirements, we will ask you to pay the remaining balance to our installation team.
Final Payment
For the final payment, our preference is a Bank transfer payment. The details of our account number and sort code are listed in our invoices. Alternatively, we can take a debit or credit card payment over the phone. Alternatively, a cheque should be made payable to “Woodpecker Joinery (UK) Ltd”.
The greenhouse will remain the property of Woodpecker Joinery (UK) Ltd until paid for in full.

All Woodpecker Joinery Cedar Greenhouses include free delivery and installation to the mainland UK. We maintain our own fleet of vehicles to transport greenhouses around Great Britain and Europe. We employ a skilled and experienced installation team to ensure all Woodpecker greenhouses are installed correctly and safely.
