Complete an order form

On receipt of your enquiry we will then provide you with a quotation, and if you would like to proceed we will then forward an order form.

To proceed, please fill in the order form with options listed,

• • i.e. doors open in/out, hinges left/right etc
  • Choice of building staining colour
  • Choice of optional extras

Sign and return forms with a 10% deposit cheque made payable to “Woodpecker Joinery (UK) Ltd”. Alternatively, we can take a debit card transaction over the phone as a deposit payment, but will still require order forms returning by post to finalise an order.

For buildings over £5000, or of a bespoke style or design we charge a 20% deposit.

Confirmation of the order

Once we have received your order with the deposit we will send you a confirmation letter by post and offer a greenhouse installation date of your convenience.

Once the greenhouse has been installed to our high standards and your requirements we will ask you to pay the remaining balance to our installation team.

Final Payment

Woodpecker Joinery UK LTD will no longer be accepting credit card payments from the 13 January 2018 for final balance payments on greenhouses, or our other garden buildings. New rules set by an EU directive means that we can no longer pass on what our bank charge for accepting a credit card payment. We think it would be unfair to expect our other customers to pay our increased costs by increasing our building prices to cover these surcharges. There is a range of methods for customers to pay our final invoices including being paid, including debit cards, bank transfers and cheques

The greenhouse will remain the property of Woodpecker Joinery (UK) Ltd until paid for in full.

All Woodpecker Joinery Cedar Greenhouses include free delivery and installation to mainland UK. We maintain our own fleet of vehicles to transport greenhouses around Great Britain and Europe. We employ a skilled and experienced installation team so we can ensure all Woodpecker greenhouses are installed both correctly and safely.
