The cold frame makes for an attractive way to protect your plants, and, if required, is easy to manoeuvre. The Smallwood tall coldframe maintains the traditional greenhouse look, but on a smaller scale. An excellent method for saving space in a smaller garden or city garden. The framework is constructed entirely from  Western Red Cedar, which produces natural oils that act as preservatives to protect the wood from insect attacks and decay. Its ability to produce such natural preservatives allows the coldframe to withstand many years of usage with only minimal maintenance required.

Woodpecker use only the highest quality Western Red Cedar and, as with all of our garden buildings, the tall coldframe units are created with high precision mortice and tenon joints.
