Our response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

In response to the ever changing situation with Coronavirus we would like to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners is our highest priority and we will continue to take the recommended actions to protect all those affected by our business activities.

Members of our team are working remotely from home, including sales and technical advice. We can continue to advise you about our greenhouse range or discuss any bespoke requirements. We have electronic copies of brochures and access to all our usual sales materials. We also have facilities for video calls and phone conferencing if required. We want to make sure that when can get back to making our greenhouses, we can do so at an increased pace. Please be reassured we are working hard behind the scenes setting out drawings and preparing cutting lists. We have decades of experience providing our greenhouses in gardens throughout the UK. Our family business is well prepared to endure any adversity which we may possibly come across in the next few months and the time is right, we look forward to resuming our full service.

  • Sales & Enquiries

    We will continue to operate our sales office remotely. We are happy to undertake sales enquiries and also discuss any pending orders. Of course our after sales support continues in the same capacity also. Our range of greenhouses have differing lead times therefore we understand the importance of maintaining our sales service and technical advice to our customers who wish to continue to secure dates which match their anticipated 2020 schedules.

    We have closed our greenhouse showroom until further notice.

  • Greenhouse Installations

    We have decided to pause greenhouses installations and proceeded temporary shutdown of our greenhouse manufacturing workshop. Customers with installation dates during this period of shutdown we will be in contact to discuss rescheduling. Customers with advanced installation dates should also expect small a disruption but we will work hard to minimise the disruption to our customers. We are a well established family business built upon strong foundations, you be assured with are fully committed to the greenhouse purchases. We have no concerns about our future ability to fulfill your orders. We continue to work hard preparing for our return to production so when the time is right we can do our best to eliminate delays.
  • Coldframes and Staging

    We are still able to continue our sales and deliveries of Cold frames and Staging. If you have any specific questions about availability please call 01889 562 610.

  • Shows & Exhibitions

    The RHS have now made the decision to cancel their schedule of 2020 flower shows until the end of June. We fully support their decision as a responsible measure to help safeguard public health. These flower shows usually give us a great platform to showcase our range of greenhouses and offer prospective customers particular exhibition discounts and special offers. We also understand many customers use these exhibitions to consider their purchase options and sometimes obtain a package deal to best suit their needs. After consideration, we have decided to extend our planned exhibition offers to any customer who had pre booked tickets to visit any show we planned to attend. If you wish to take advantage of our show offers please discuss this with your sales person.
