They are created to suit any shape or size of pool and spa. Constructed from Western Red Cedar using 4" x 2" rafters and 3" x 2" glazing sections. Metal box sections are used internally to strengthen the sturdy framework. Brown aluminium capping (for a maintenance free roof) now comes AS STANDARD on all of our poolhouses and spa enclosures. Remember you can choose the design and colour you would like and we do the rest. The possibilities are unlimited. An easy way to work out an approximate cost for a poolhouse or spa enclosure is to add the width and depth of your required building together and times it by 250. (ie 43ft plus 25ft = 68 68 x 250 = £17000)) An approximate price would be £15300 (inc. VAT delivery and installation). Written quotations available on request. The example shown above is an 18ft x 18ft cedar poolhouse. It has four roof vents and four side opening windows with three sets of lockable doors (one set to each side and one set to one end). The sides and ends are installed with 4mm toughened glass, the roof area constructed of polycarbonate material (for safety purposes). Ridge cresting and rainwater accessories are fitted as standard. Approximate cost of £8100 (inc. VAT).
